Tap your letter at the top right, then Profile. Scroll to the bottom. Tap Start over with a clean slate, then pick one:
- Keep some habits: choose the ones that stay, and keep or clear their history. Your badges and XP stay.
- Clear all my habits: every habit goes. Your badges and XP stay.
- Start completely fresh: habits, history, badges, XP and rank all go back to zero. You’ll type RESET to confirm, because it can’t be undone.
Your account, your plan, your partners and your notes stay no matter which you pick.
