Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from The Lifestyle Architect, LLC.. Here is how refunds and cancellations work.

Our Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, email us at support@goaldapp.com within 30 days of buying and we will refund you. Please include the email address you used to buy and what you purchased.

If a specific product states a different guarantee on its sales page, that product’s guarantee applies.

How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, your access to that product ends.

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you signed up, until you cancel. Where the law requires it, we will remind you before a yearly subscription renews.

You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing support@goaldapp.com. Canceling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Renewal charges are not refunded unless you ask within 30 days of the renewal date or the law requires it.

Please Talk to Us First

If something is wrong, email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually fix it faster, and a chargeback may close your account while it is reviewed.
