This page explains how to delete your GOALD account and the information connected to it. GOALD is provided by The Lifestyle Architect, LLC..

How to Delete Your Account

1. Email support@goaldapp.com from the email address on your account.
2. Use the subject line “Delete my account.”
3. We will confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

If you have a paid subscription through an app store, cancel it there as well. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google.

What Gets Deleted

Your account and profile, and everything you created in GOALD, including your entries, history and settings.

What We Keep, and for How Long

We keep records of purchases and payments for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Copies in our backups are removed as those backups expire in the normal course. We may also keep information we need to prevent fraud or meet a legal obligation.

Deleting Some Data Without Deleting Your Account

If you want specific information deleted but want to keep your account, email support@goaldapp.com and tell us what you would like removed.
