How We Email You

We only email people who signed up or bought from us. We follow the federal CAN-SPAM Act, which means every email we send:

• Clearly shows who it is from.
• Has an honest subject line.
• Includes our physical mailing address.
• Includes a working unsubscribe link.

When you unsubscribe, we remove you promptly, and always within the 10 business days the law allows.

We Never Sell Your Email Address

We do not sell, rent or trade our email list to anyone. Our Privacy Policy explains everything we do with your information.

How to Unsubscribe

Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us, or email support@goaldapp.com and ask to be removed.

No Spam Through Our Site or Services

You may not use our site, services or anything you get from us to send unsolicited bulk or commercial email, or to collect email addresses or other information about our customers or visitors. That includes using false headers or misleading subject lines, hiding where an email came from, or sending through someone else’s equipment without permission.

If we believe anyone is misusing our services this way, we may block them and close their access without notice.

The Law Takes It Seriously

Each email that breaks the CAN-SPAM Act can bring civil penalties of more than $50,000, an amount the Federal Trade Commission raises for inflation every year. Serious cases can also be prosecuted criminally.
